Session Fees

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the counsellors' day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee that is half the cost of the session.

Registered Social Workers are covered through most private insurance and benefit plans. Fees will be outlined at the beginning of the first session and payments will be made at the end of each session by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Visa Debit & Debit Mastercard, or e-transfer. It is the responsibility of the client to seek reimbursement from their insurance/benefit provider and an invoice with will be provided. Other costs apply for letter completion, legal documentation, and reports.
